Accounts and Finance Executive

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Finance & Accounts Executive to join our team.

🔹 Preferred Age Group: 30–40 years

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

📌 Invoice & Accounting

• Review, verify, and post sales & purchase invoices

• Ensure GST-compliant invoicing (HSN/SAC, tax rates, place of supply)

• Maintain accurate accounting records

📌 Bank & Daily Reconciliation

• Update bank entries daily

• Perform bank reconciliations

• Track receipts, payments & gateway settlements

📌 GST Compliance

• Prepare & file GSTR-1 (monthly/quarterly)

• Prepare GSTR-3B and reconcile with books

• Reconcile purchase register with GSTR-2B

• Handle ITC eligibility, reversals & adjustments

📌 TDS Compliance

• Deduct TDS as per applicable sections

• Deposit TDS & file returns

• Prepare and issue Form 16 / 16A

📌 Import & Export Accounting

• Record import purchases (customs duty, IGST)

• Handle export invoicing & LUT compliance

• Manage foreign currency transactions

📌 E-Commerce Accounting

• Reconcile sales & settlements (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

• Account for commissions, shipping, returns & penalties

• Ensure GST compliance for e-commerce transactions

🔹 Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS & e-commerce accounting

• Experience in bank reconciliation & statutory compliance

• Proficiency in Excel & Zoho accounting software

• Good analytical & communication skills

🔹 Preferred Skills:

• Experience in import-export accounting

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms

• Hands-on GST reconciliation
