*Job Summary*: We are seeking an Inter CA professional to handle accounting, taxation, audit support, and statutory compliance. The role includes maintaining accurate books of accounts, preparing tax filings, supporting audits, ensuring ROC compliance, and assisting in financial reporting.

*Key Responsibilities*:

• Accounting & bookkeeping, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.

• Filing GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns; assisting in tax computations and assessments.

• Ensuring compliance with Companies Act, GST, and Income Tax laws; maintaining audit documentation.

• Supporting internal/external audits with required data.

• Handling ROC filings, statutory registers, resolutions, and company/LLP incorporation support.

*Qualifications*

• Inter CA or equivalent experience.• 2–4 years of experience in accounting/finance.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP/Prime, GST Portal, and MS Office.

• Strong accuracy, analytical ability, and organizational skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
