Job Purpose:

To oversee and manage the organization’s accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and support strategic financial planning.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations (payables, receivables, payroll, taxation).
• Prepare and finalize financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
• Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and investment activities.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Analyze financial data for decision-making support.
• Lead, guide, and train the accounts team.
• Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, etc.) and MS Excel.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
