Accounts Manager

Role Overview

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliances, and team coordination for assigned clients. The role requires strong hands-on accounting knowledge, compliance discipline, and the ability to independently handle client matters.

Key Responsibilities-

1. Maintain books of accounts (Tally/other ERP) for multiple clients
2. Finalisation of accounts for proprietorships, firms, LLPs, and companies
3. Manage end-to-end GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation, and response to departmental notices.
4. Handle TDS compliance including deduction, timely deposit, quarterly return filing, and issuance of Form 16/16A
5. Assist in income tax return preparation and audit support
6. Coordinate with clients for data, clarifications, and compliance follow-ups
7. Calculation of depreciation as per Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Income Tax Act
8. Perform ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliations, and ensure accuracy of trial balance prior to finalisation
