About DKALUM SYSTEM PVT LTD:

We are premium manufacturer of aluminium windows, doors, and façade systems used in high-end residences, commercial buildings, and corporate spaces. With strong growth across India, we’re expanding our finance team to strengthen our operations and scalability.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to lead our accounting and finance function — someone who’s accurate, proactive, and hands-on with day-to-day financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting operations including AP/AR, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and MIS reports.
• Good in inventory management & cost accounting.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments.
• Supervise junior accountants and ensure process accuracy.

Requirements:

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (CA preferred).
• 5+ years’ experience in accounting or finance (manufacturing industry preferred).
• Strong in Tally Prime, Excel, and taxation.
• Leadership, integrity, and analytical mindset.
• Good at MS office suite usage.

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience.
