Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Team Support Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or individuals eager to learn and build a career in e-commerce operations and team support. The successful candidate will be integral to our daily operations, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and effective management of our online stores. We are committed to training the right candidate and fostering their development within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operational tasks efficiently.
- Oversee and execute the complete order fulfillment process, from order receipt to dispatch.
- Maintain and update product listings, inventory, and store information on Amazon, snoogg.com, and other relevant online platforms.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent support related to orders, products, and services.
- Undertake various administrative tasks to support the team and ensure smooth workflow.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate Profile:
- We welcome freshers and candidates from diverse backgrounds who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
