Admission Counsellor

An Admission Counselor at Frankfinn is responsible for supporting the student admissions process by engaging with prospective candidates, providing information about the institute’s courses (aviation, hospitality, travel, customer service, etc.), and helping convert inquiries into enrollments.

• 📌 Key ResponsibilitiesConduct counseling sessions (one-on-one or group) with prospective students and sometimes parents about programs and career paths.
• Analyze student needs and recommend appropriate courses based on interests and goals.
• Handle inquiries from walk-ins, emails, calls, and other channels.
• Follow up with prospective students to encourage application completion and enrollment.
• Maintain accurate records and database updates (MIS/CRM) of student interactions and admissions data.
• Meet enrollment targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
• Represent the institute at education fairs, seminars, outreach events, and lead-generation activities.
• Facilitate communication between students and faculty administration as needed
