Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Admission Counsellor who will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping individuals shape their careers through education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries related to courses and admission process
• Counsel students (and parents, if applicable) on suitable programs based on their interests and goals
• Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
• Maintain records of all inquiries and follow-up details in CRM or Excel
• Schedule and coordinate demo sessions with faculty
• Explain course details, fee structure, and career opportunities to prospects
• Assist with admission form filling and fee collection
• Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly admission targets
• Provide feedback to management on lead quality and campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in student counselling, sales, or customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
• Confidence, persuasive attitude, and ability to build rapport quickly
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, WhatsApp Web, Google Forms)
• Knowledge of IT/design courses is a plus but not mandatory

Working Hours & Compensation:

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM & 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM (for full-time)
• Compensation: Competitive salary + Incentives on target achievements
