Advocate – Property & Revenue Law (Non-Agriculture & Sale Deed Specialist)

Job Description

An experienced Advocate specializing in land revenue laws, Non-Agriculture (NA) permissions, Section 63(a) permissions, and sale deed drafting and registration. Responsible for handling end-to-end property transactions, government approvals, and legal compliance under state land laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting, vetting, and registration of Sale Deeds, Agreement to Sell, Gift Deeds, Partition Deeds, and Lease Deeds

Handling Non-Agriculture (NA) permission applications for residential, commercial, and industrial land

Managing Section 63(a) permission cases under the Land Revenue / Tenancy Act

Preparing and submitting applications to Collector, Mamlatdar, Taluka, and Revenue Offices

Legal scrutiny of land records including 7/12 Extract, 8A, Ferfar, City Survey records

Conducting title search and due diligence for agricultural and non-agricultural lands

Representing clients before Revenue Authorities, Sub-Registrar, and Government Offices

Advising clients on land conversion laws, tenancy restrictions, and stamp duty compliance

Resolving land disputes and compliance issues related to revenue and registration laws

Coordinating with surveyors, developers, and government officials for smooth transactions

Skills & Expertise

Strong knowledge of Land Revenue Act, Tenancy Act, and Registration Act

Expertise in NA permission procedures and 63(a) approvals

Drafting and documentation skills for property transactions

Experience with government liaison and procedural compliance

Attention to detail and strong client-handling skills

Experience

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in property, revenue, and land laws
