Agency Manager

Role Overview:

Responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance advisors/agents to drive sales of insurance products and achieve business targets.

• Key Responsibilities
• Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents
• Train and motivate agents to achieve sales targets
• Develop and manage a strong distribution network
• Generate business through agents and direct sales activities
• Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDA guidelines
• Conduct field visits and joint sales calls with agents
