Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily agricultural and farm activities
- Supervise and manage field workers and labour staff
- Plan and execute sowing, irrigation, fertilization, and harvesting activities
- Monitor crop health and take corrective actions when required
- Ensure proper usage of fertilizers, pesticides, and equipment
- Maintain farm records including production, expenses, and inventory
- Coordinate with management and provide regular progress reports
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and discipline on the farm
