Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect who can handle both architectural and interior design

projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of design principles, technical

drawings, and project coordination, with the ability to translate client requirements into functional, aesthetic, and

practical solutions. This role involves close collaboration with the design team, site supervisors, contractors, and

clients to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts, plans, and working drawings for projects.

• Prepare and modify 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentation layouts as per project requirements.

• Coordinate with the site team to ensure designs are implemented as per specifications.

• Collaborate with clients to understand needs, budgets, and functional requirements.

• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth project execution.

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety norms.

• Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and maintain design quality.

• Provide timely updates to management and resolve design-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institute.

• 2–3 years of professional experience in both architectural and interior design projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.

• Strong design sense with technical detailing skills.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
