Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Retail Expansion Manager who will be responsible for identifying new store locations and managing the complete store setup process from initial research to final launch across different cities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research in new cities (e.g., Udaipur) to identify prime jewellery locations
  • Search, evaluate, and finalize suitable showroom properties
  • Handle site visits and property assessments
  • Negotiate rent and commercial terms with property owners
  • Coordinate rent agreements and legal documentation
  • Manage vendor coordination (interior, furniture, fittings, etc.)
  • Monitor store setup progress and conduct regular site visits
  • Ensure timely store completion and launch
  • Coordinate with internal teams and management
  • Maintain budget control and cost efficiency
