Job Title : Area Sales Executive – Solar (New Markets Expansion)


Experience Required: 3-5 years in solar sales, with expertise in new market penetration


Salary Range : up to 40K 


Requirement as per Locations 

Kadodara | Jolwa | Sachin | Ojiwala


Preference - Candidate should have increased sales volume by expanding location - Solar Industry Preferred


Key Responsibilities:

New Market Development & Sales Growth:

* Identify, develop, and establish business opportunities in assigned regions.

* Build a strong pipeline by networking with industrial clients and key stakeholders.

* Drive high-value solar project sales, from prospecting to deal closure.

Strategic Business Development:

* Develop and execute market entry strategies.

* Educate potential clients on solar solutions and financial models (CAPEX/OPEX/PPA).

* Position the company as a leading solar solutions provider in the new territory.

Stakeholder Management & Leadership:

* Build relationships with industry associations, corporate decision-makers, and influencers.

* Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, procurement) to ensure project feasibility and execution.

* Mentor junior sales representatives if required.

Additional Responsibilities:

* Present standard solar solutions and pricing models to potential clients to enhance credibility and simplify decision-making.

* Monitor client feedback and competitor activities in the region to refine sales strategies.

* Provide sales reports and work towards achieving monthly targets while maintaining accountability for business development.

* Leverage completed projects as references for credibility in new market sales pitches.

* Work closely with existing clients who have a multi-location presence to explore cross-region opportunities.

* Provide insight into sales strategies based on successful approaches used in established markets.

* Support the company in maintaining a strong brand reputation across both new and existing regions.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Mandatory: Strong experience in industrial solar sales.

* Must have an established network in industries with Purchase Managers/General Managers/Plant Head who can facilitate productive references to decision-makers for easier market entry.

* Proven ability to establish sales in a new market with no prior presence.

* Strong negotiation, presentation, and business development skills.

* Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive revenue.

* Familiarity with government policies and industrial regulations for solar projects.
