About HealthOS
HealthOS is a growing healthcare technology company providing a complete Hospital & Clinic Management System.
Our platform helps doctors, clinics, and hospitals streamline appointments, billing, EMR, staff management, and patient communication.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage field sales team.
- Plan daily/weekly sales routes, doctor visits, and product demos
- Conduct product demos of HealthOS to doctors, clinics, and hospitals
- Generate new leads and convert them into paying customers
- Track team performance and ensure sales targets are achieved
- Maintain strong relationships with doctors and hospital decision-makers
- Share regular sales reports and market feedback with management
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and customer support
Requirements
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in field sales or business development
- Preferably from Medical Representative / Pharma / Healthcare IT / Hospital sales background
- Experience in handling and guiding a sales team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM or sales tracking tools is a plus
