About HealthOS

HealthOS is a growing healthcare technology company providing a complete Hospital & Clinic Management System.

Our platform helps doctors, clinics, and hospitals streamline appointments, billing, EMR, staff management, and patient communication.


Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage field sales team.
  • Plan daily/weekly sales routes, doctor visits, and product demos
  • Conduct product demos of HealthOS to doctors, clinics, and hospitals
  • Generate new leads and convert them into paying customers
  • Track team performance and ensure sales targets are achieved
  • Maintain strong relationships with doctors and hospital decision-makers
  • Share regular sales reports and market feedback with management
  • Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and customer support


Requirements

  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in field sales or business development
  • Preferably from Medical Representative / Pharma / Healthcare IT / Hospital sales background
  • Experience in handling and guiding a sales team
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Basic knowledge of CRM or sales tracking tools is a plus
