Role Summary:

Support the Head Designer in the creative development of ethnic wear collections. This role is purely design-focused, with no involvement in production or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in concept development, mood boards & trend research
• Support in designing silhouettes, prints & surface detailing
• Help with fabric, color & embroidery selections
• Prepare design sheets, sketches & references
• Coordinate sampling follow-ups for design accuracy

Skills Required:

• Strong interest in ethnic wear design
• Good knowledge of fabrics, trims & embellishments
• Basic sketching & design software skills
• Attention to detail & creative mindset
