Job Description

Managing Budgeting, controlling, Management Information System, Costing activities Effective contributor in achieving objective of team

Preparation of Cost data as requested by Manufacturing Division /HOD/ Director Preparation and submission of Gross Margin analysis for effective decision making process Preparation and submission of Sales Division related reports

Preparation and submission of Manufacturing Division related reports

Required to conduct Variance Analysis

Find out the bottleneck in the manufacturing Flow & suggest solution in coordination with PE Team Finalization of monthly PL related MIS and submission to reporting responsibility with remarks

Analysing the collection of data from various department

Analyzing & reporting the KRAS of business as required by management

Required to accomplish assignments as per the demand of the management within due date

Prepare, review and submission Sales Division wise profitability statement

Assist in COGS Meeting related data creation

Develop auto system of various variance Analysis system with Corrective and preventive action plans in coordination with respective department along with accuracy

Liasioning with various department in the company to collect information in timely manner for establishing effective Management information system in the company

Study and evaluate various software used by the company officials and come up with integrated MIS system

Conduct Inventory GL and ageing report reconciliation with action plan

Develop system and team members for timely release of payment and effective communication skills along with process improvement area including, but not limited to corrective and preventive action plan for non compliance, if any

To ensure efficient day-to-day treasury operations; bank reconciliation; cash flow planning; implementation of automation plan, establishment of strong controls in treasury activities. Preparation of ABC report as required by the management and ensure timely actions with other department members and Asst manager accounts, audit, budget controlling

2+ years' experience in managing the treasury function as well as experience of treasury accounting including, liquidity, cashflow and various financial instruments

Excellent knowledge of MIS, Costing,Budgeting, Treasury functions Possess excellent skills on Microsoft office - Excel, Word, Powerpoint Working knowledge for preparation of Dashboards - BI Reporting
