Audit Manager

We are looking for an Audit Manager who will independently handle statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and special audit assignments. The role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on execution, and the ability to manage audit teams while coordinating directly with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently handle statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, bank audits, and special audit assignments
• Manage end-to-end GST compliances including returns, reconciliations, audits, and departmental support
• Handle TDS compliances, returns, and related reconciliations
• Plan audits, execute fieldwork, review working papers, and finalize reports
• Lead and supervise audit teams; ensure quality control and adherence to timelines
• Coordinate directly with clients, management, bankers, and firm partners for smooth execution of assignments
