• Conduct preliminary patient history, Nadi Pariksha basics, vitals, case documentation.
• Prepare patient files, maintain accurate EMR/OPD notes.
• Explain treatment plans given by senior doctor.
• 2. Patient CounsellingGuide patients on medicines, diet, lifestyle, follow-ups.
• Provide basic Panchkarma procedure explanation when required.
• Handle patient queries with clarity and protocol compliance.
• 3. Panchkarma CoordinationCoordinate with therapists and ensure correct procedure as per prescription.
• Monitor patient response and report deviations immediately.
• Ensure SOP adherence for all Panchkarma therapies.
• 4. Online OPDSupport doctors in video consultations.
• Share prescriptions, documents, follow-up instructions.
• Maintain digital patient logs.
• 5. Clinical AdministrationDaily OPD summary, patient count, follow-up tracking.
• Medicine stock communication to pharmacy.
• Ensure cleanliness and discipline inside OPD.
• 6. Compliance & ProtocolsFollow all hospital SOPs, documentation norms, hygiene protocols.
• Maintain patient privacy and ethical standards.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic basic principles & diagnosis.

• Good communication & patient handling skills.
• Panchkarma understanding (Shirodhara, Basti, Vaman/Virechan basics).
• Discipline in documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced OPD.
