Job Description
Job Summary: The Back Office Executive will be responsible for handling administrative tasks in the company's back office. The candidate will work closely with other teams within the organization to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks. The role will require a high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and handling incoming and outgoing mail. Maintain accurate records and filing systems for various documents and paperwork. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion. Manage inventory and supplies for the office, including ordering and stocking supplies as needed. Support the sales team by handling customer inquiries and providing assistance with order processing. Prepare invoices and process payments in a timely manner. Assist with data entry and maintenance of databases as needed. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the manager. Requirements: Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
