Back Office Executive

We are looking for a motivated Back Office Executive who can help us manage Shopify product listings, backend tasks, and basic SEO work. 

Job Responsibilities:

• List new products on Shopify
• Add proper product titles, descriptions, and tags
• Upload SEO-friendly and customer-friendly product descriptions
• Upload, arrange, and optimize product images
• Add product variants (size, metal, stone, color, etc.)
• Set variant-wise pricing, SKU, and availability
• Create and manage manual and automated collections
• Map products to correct collections
• Manage featured, best-seller, and category-based collections
• Fill meta titles and meta descriptions
• Manage SEO fields for products and collections
• Handle basic Shopify backend updates and listing issues
• Post content on all social media platforms using Excel sheets
• Research new ideas and trends for social media

Skills Required:

• Basic SEO knowledge
• Basic understanding of Shopify apps
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Good knowledge of Excel sheets
• Fast learner

Experience: 6 months to 1 year

Increment: Performance-based
