Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Back Office Operations:
  • Handle routine office tasks, data entry, documentation, filing, and administrative support.
  • Factory Manager Coordination:
  • Assist the Factory Manager with daily coordination, follow-ups, task tracking, and communication with production teams.
  • Tele Marketing through IndiaMART & TradeIndia:
  • Attend inquiries, follow up with leads, share product details, and maintain proper records of customer interactions.
  • Sales & Purchase Entries:
  • Prepare and update Sales Invoices, Purchase Entries, and Expense Entries in the accounting system (Tally/ERP).
  • Stock Management:
  • Maintain stock records, update stock movements, coordinate with store staff, and ensure accurate inventory data.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports, maintain logs, and submit required documents on time.
  • Support to Management:
  • Assist senior management in various operational and back-office tasks whenever required.
