Back Office Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented back office executives who is proficient in computer knowledge, social media work, designing and editing, communication. The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, managing, and maintaining data, ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the social medial platforms
• Image and video editing
• Good communication skill, English is mandatory
• Good typing speed
• Handle large volumes of data efficiently
• Ensure confidentiality and proper data handling
• Coordinate with team members for data-related tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Social Media Management (Must)
• E-commerce work and knowledge
• Creative thinking ability
• Target oriented person, want to achieve high position in life
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred (Bonus Skills):

• Experience in jewelry field (Marketplace or Website work)
• Knowledge of Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of reports or MIS

Working Hours:

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
