• Data entry & documentation work
• Handling Excel sheets and reports
• Managing client records in CRM
• Internet research & email coordination
• Maintaining files and records properly

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
• Comfortable using Internet & Email
• Experience with CRM software (preferred)
• Good communication & organization skills
