Back Office Executive

We are looking for a Male Back Office Executive to handle loan-related documentation and coordination work. The candidate will be responsible for preparing loan files, managing paperwork, maintaining records, and visiting banks whenever required.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain loan documentation and customer files.
• Coordinate with internal departments and banks for loan processing.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all paperwork before submission.
• Maintain records of disbursements, applications, and other financial documents.
• Assist in day-to-day office administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Male candidates only
• Bike and valid driving licence – compulsory
• Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and organized
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, email handling)
• Prior experience in loan documentation or back-office work will be an advantage
