Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle OTA (Booking.com, Agoda, Goibibo, etc.) onboarding, rate updates, and mapping.
- Maintain rate parity and generate daily reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and hotel teams for smooth onboarding.
- Manage guest communication through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and refund cases with hotel staff
- Monitor hotel support WhatsApp groups and ensure quick issue resolution.
