• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and submit interim and final bills as per contract conditions
• Measure quantities from drawings, BOQs, and site records
• Verify work completion and certification from site engineers
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and accounts team
• Maintain billing records, statements, and supporting documents
• Handle client queries related to billing and resolve discrepancies
• Track variations, extra items, and change orders
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, GST, and applicable regulations
• Assist in reconciliation of client accounts and payments
• Support audits and internal reviews related to billing
