Billing & WhatsApp Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic individual to handle billing operations and WhatsApp marketing at our IT products firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage sales invoices & billing using accounting or billing software.
• Maintain records of daily sales, customer data, and payments.
• Send product offers, updates, and promotions to clients via WhatsApp.
• Handle WhatsApp inquiries and follow up with potential customers.
• Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for smooth order processing.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware or IT products is a plus.

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Tally/Busy preferred).
• Good communication skills in English/Hindi.
• Must be active on WhatsApp and familiar with basic marketing tools.
• Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate
• Experience: 02 years (Freshers welcome)
