Job Description
- Model Creation & Management: Develop, maintain, and manage detailed 3D BIM models for architectural and interior designs.
- Strategy & Standards: Lead BIM strategy, establish protocols, templates, and best practices, ensuring alignment with project goals and industry standards.
- Coordination & Collaboration: Work with engineers (structural, MEP) and contractors to integrate models, resolve clashes, and ensure data accuracy.
- Workflow & Innovation: Drive innovation in digital design, automate processes, and continuously improve BIM workflows and tools.
- Documentation: Generate accurate construction documents, drawings, and presentations from BIM models.
- Quality Control: Conduct model audits, quality checks, and ensure compliance with codes and design intent.
- Training & Support: Provide training, support, and mentorship to design and BIM teams on software and processes.
