BPO Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team and handle outbound and inbound calls to customers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Handle inbound queries and provide information.
• Maintain call records and follow up with leads.
• Meet daily/weekly calling targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
