Branch Manager

·        Identifying and acquiring potential customers for gold loans to achieve sales volume for branch.

·        Identifying and acquiring new clientele from time to time through targeted marketing.

·        Responsible for managing the sourcing team, expanding the network of partners and affiliates & maintaining relationship with the customer.

·        Recruiting, training and managing competent talent from time to time & team building.

·        To monitor the overall loan portfolio & generate regular reports on performance of the team and the portfolio as a whole of the branch.

·        Enhance business growth from time to time for the assigned branch.
