Business Develop

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive/Sales Engineer to join our team. Ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:

Candidate Requirements

Excellent fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Educational background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

1–3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development. Preferable in Induction Motor Market,

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships

Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

Ability to achieve monthly targets and handle follow-ups efficiently

Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented

Willingness to travel, if required

Preferred: Candidates located in Surat or willing to relocate
