Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team and drive the growth of our IT services division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through email marketing, cold calling, and other outreach methods.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Promote and sell a range of IT services such as software development, web/mobile applications, cloud solutions, and digital transformation services.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify target industries and decision-makers.
• Set up meetings and product demos for the sales/technical team with potential clients.
• Develop tailored communication and follow-up strategies for different customer segments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
