Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description:

The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation

Contact potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings

Present company products/services to prospective customers

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up for closures

Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets

Coordinate with technical, sales, and operations teams

Maintain CRM and prepare regular business reports

Analyze market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Strong networking and relationship-building abilities

Self-motivated and target-oriented approach

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

Experience:

1–4 years of experience in business development or sales
