Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive responsible for generating leads, pitching software solutions, scheduling demos, and closing sales. The candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and digital platforms
- Conduct outbound prospecting and qualify leads
- Explain software features and benefits to potential clients
- Schedule and coordinate product demos with the technical/sales team
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into paying customers
- Maintain CRM records of leads, pipeline, and sales updates
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Basic understanding of software/SaaS products
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
- Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
- Fluent in Hindi & English (Regional language is a plus)
Preferred:
- Experience in SaaS / CRM / ERP / IT product sales
- Experience in B2B sales
- Understanding of customer lifecycle and sales funnel
