Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive responsible for generating leads, pitching software solutions, scheduling demos, and closing sales. The candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and digital platforms
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and qualify leads
  • Explain software features and benefits to potential clients
  • Schedule and coordinate product demos with the technical/sales team
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Follow up with prospects and convert leads into paying customers
  • Maintain CRM records of leads, pipeline, and sales updates
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build long-term relationships with clients
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management


Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Basic understanding of software/SaaS products
  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals
  • Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
  • Fluent in Hindi & English (Regional language is a plus)

Preferred:

  • Experience in SaaS / CRM / ERP / IT product sales
  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle and sales funnel
