Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who will visit hotels, restaurants and other hospitality businesses in Surat to introduce Trackable PMS & POS, give product demos and convert them into paying customers.

This is a high-impact role where the candidate will directly contribute to acquiring new customers and expanding Trackable in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, Salons, Spas and Banquets in Surat
• Introduce Trackable PMS & POS software to business owners
• Conduct product demos and explain the benefits of the software
• Generate new leads through field visits and networking
• Follow up with interested prospects and close sales
• Coordinate with the onboarding team for software setup and training
• Maintain daily visit reports and sales updates
• Build strong relationships with local business owners

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales
• Experience in software, POS, fintech, telecom or hospitality sales preferred
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable with daily field visits and customer meetings
• Basic understanding of mobile apps and software products
• Own two-wheeler preferred
