Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are hiring a proactive and self-motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to manage and grow our presence on freelancing platforms like Upwork, PeoplePerHour (PPH), Freelancer.com, and others. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, has a passion for sales, and is looking to start or grow their career in IT business development.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage company profiles on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and PPH
• Search and bid on relevant IT projects (web/mobile development, software services)
• Write customized proposals tailored to each client/project
• Communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and coordinate with the internal team
• Schedule calls and follow-ups with leads generated through platforms
• Maintain daily/weekly reports of proposals sent, responses received, and deals closed
• Stay updated with platform trends and best practices to improve win rates

Requirements:

• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Strong interest in IT services and digital solutions
• Ability to understand client requirements and craft persuasive proposals
• Familiarity with freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, PPH) is a plus
• Self-driven and eager to meet targets and deadlines
• Basic knowledge of software/web/mobile development is preferred

Training and guidance will be provided for platform handling and proposal writing.
