Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) – Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients for our IT products and services. The role focuses on generating high-quality leads, initiating conversations with prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and online platforms
  • Research and identify potential clients, decision-makers, and target accounts
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of qualified leads
  • Understand client requirements and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team
  • Follow up on inbound and outbound leads to increase conversion rates
  • Maintain accurate lead data and activity tracking in CRM tools
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies
  • Meet weekly and monthly lead targets and KPIs
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry insights


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • Experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
  • Ability to qualify leads based on budget, need, authority, and timeline (BANT)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in IT services, software, or SaaS lead generation
  • Knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho CRM
  • Experience with international lead generation (US, UK, Europe, Middle East)
  • Basic understanding of IT solutions (web, mobile, cloud, SaaS)
