Job TitleInbound Sales Business Development Executive (Digital Marketing Agency)

Role SummaryWe are looking for an Inbound Sales BDE who can handle warm leads coming from ads, website forms, WhatsApp, and calls, understand client requirements, and close deals for our digital marketing services.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesInbound Sales & Lead ConversionHandle inbound leads from website, Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp & calls
  • Understand client business goals and pain points
  • Pitch services like Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Social Media, Website Development
  • Share proposals, pricing, and close deals
  • Follow up with interested prospects to maximize conversions
  • Client CoordinationMaintain lead data and follow-ups in CRM / Google Sheets
  • Coordinate with strategy & execution teams after deal closure
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Required SkillsStrong communication skills (English + Hindi)
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services
  • Confidence in sales conversations (consultative, not pushy)
  • Ability to explain value, ROI, and pricing clearly
  • Familiarity with CRM, WhatsApp Business, email
  • Preferred CandidateExperience: 0–3 years (Digital marketing agency experience is a plus)
  • Freshers with sales mindset + digital marketing knowledge can apply
