Responsibilities

- Generating business leads by bidding on online freelancing portals like #Upwork, #PPH, #Freelancer, etc.
- Make cold calls to explore new business opportunities and Interact with clients
- Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand clients' requirements and acquisition.
- Proposal Writing, and Requirement Gathering.
- Required Skills & Qualification Skills Experience in writing proper cover letters (proposals) for bidding. 
- Must have good communication and writing skills (English) 
- Must be able to work in a team or independently. 
- Must have experience in Lead conversion and client chat. 
- Sound knowledge of IT terminologies Eagerness to consistently generate new business. 
- Capabilities of bringing new business from existing clients. 
- Qualifications Proven experience in achieving targets weekly and monthly. 
- Capable of generating prospective leads on a regular basis. 
- Good cover letters or proposal writing for bidding.
- Bringing new projects through bidding, Client communication, Proposal making/writing, Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, Flair for business development. Practical knowledge of bidding portals like Upwork, PPH, Freelancer, etc. 


*Qualifications

- 1+ year in the sales industry
- Experience using online bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, Fiverr, etc.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- CRM experience is preferred
