Business Development Executive (BDE)

Work Responsibilities:

• Establish and develop new business opportunities through Cold Calling, WhatsApp, and

Email Marketing.

• Identify and connect with potential EPC clients, integrators, and solar companies across

India.

• Maintain an active pipeline of leads and regularly update follow-up status.

• Explain and convince clients about our Solar Design and Consultancy Services.

• Understand client requirements, prepare proposals, and close deals with professional

communication.

• Prepare Design Data Sheets, Work Schedules, and coordinate with Designers for timely

project execution.

• Ensure clients receive accurate and timely design deliverables.

• Maintain and update CRM/Customer Database for ongoing and new clients.

• Develop long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and future growth.

• Bridge communication between Client, Design, and Admin Teams to ensure smooth

operations.

• Support designers by providing client data and resolving queries promptly.

• Prepare Presentations, Proposals, Quotations, and Sales Tools to develop business

opportunities.

• Submit Daily Follow-Up and Performance Reports to the Admin or Management team.

• Coordinate with the Accounts Team for Estimation, Quotation, and Payment Follow-ups.

• Ensure invoices are cleared on time through proper client coordination.
