Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team for BharatPe. The primary role is to onboard new merchants, educate them on our digital payment solutions, and drive the adoption of BharatPe products (QR Codes, POS machines, and Loans).
Key Responsibilities:
Merchant Onboarding: Visit local retailers and shopkeepers to pitch and install BharatPe QR codes.
Product Awareness: Explain the benefits of BharatPe’s fintech ecosystem, including easy payments, interest-free loans, and BharatSwipe machines.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants and provide support for any payment-related queries.
Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly targets for new merchant acquisitions and active transactions.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum 10th Pass or Graduate in any field.
Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills in English/Local language.
Experience: 0-2 years in Field Sales, FMCG, or Fintech (Freshers are welcome).
Mandatory: Must have a Smartphone and a Two-wheeler for field visits.
