About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Responsibility :

1. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, field visits, and networking.
2. Understand customer needs and present appropriate products or services.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
4. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
5. Conduct follow-ups, negotiations, and successfully close sales deals.
6. Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM or reports.
7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
8. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
9. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
10. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term relationship management.
