Business Development Executive (BDE)

Position Summary

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth in the cosmetics sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in retail, distribution, salons, spas, and e-commerce channels
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and business partners
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the cosmetics industry
• Present product portfolios to potential clients, including retailers, distributors, and B2B customers

Relationship Management

• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, buyers, and distributors
• Conduct regular client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
• Provide excellent customer service and support to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty

Market Expansion

• Identify and evaluate new market segments and geographic territories for business expansion
• Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote products and generate leads
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials
• Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats
