Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an back office work located in Surat. The role involves identifying and building relationships with international clients, managing the business development process, conducting market research, and identifying potential markets and new business opportunities. Additional tasks include lead generation and regular communication with stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships and achieve business growth objectives.

Qualifications

Expertise in International Business Development and International Business

Strong skills in Market Research and identification of market trends

Effective Communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Lead Generation techniques and tools

Proven ability to build global relationships and work in multicultural environments

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field

Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus

Proficiency in relevant business development software and CRM tools
