Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical MBA graduate to support our Import–Export operations by driving business growth, international sales funnel development, and client acquisition. The role focuses on lead generation, overseas buyer onboarding, CRM handling, and conversion optimization across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1.   Import–Export Business Growth
  • Research and identify new international markets, buyers, distributors, and partners.
  • Support export documentation, pricing strategy, and compliance coordination.
  • Track global demand trends, trade regulations, and competitor activities.
  • Assist in vendor & overseas client negotiations

2. Sales Funnel Management

  • Design and manage the end-to-end sales funnel (Lead → Prospect → Conversion → Retention).
  • Qualify inbound and outbound international leads.
  • Coordinate follow-ups with overseas buyers via email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and calls.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in CRM tools

3. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Generate B2B leads via trade portals, LinkedIn, exhibitions, and referrals.
  • Support digital lead generation campaigns (Meta, Google, Email Marketing).
  • Prepare buyer proposals, quotations, and follow-up schedules

4. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Track KPIs such as conversion rate, deal cycle, revenue per market.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales growth and funnel performance reports.
  • Identify bottlenecks and suggest funnel optimization strategies

      5.  Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams.
  • Assist in export order execution and customer satisfaction follow-ups.
  • Support international trade shows and virtual B2B meetings

Required Qualifications:-

·        MBA / PGDM (Marketing, International Business, Sales, or Strategy)

·        Fresher or up to 1 year of experience (internships count)

·        Basic understanding of Import–Export or International Trade

·        Strong communication skills (English required; additional languages a plus)

 

Required Skills:

·        Sales funnel & CRM basics Lead generation & B2B sales

·        understanding MS Excel / Google Sheets (data tracking & analysis)

·        Email & professional communication Negotiation & client handling fundamentals

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

·        Knowledge of EXIM policies, INCOTERMS, HS Codes

·        Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or TradeIndia / Alibaba

·        Interest in global markets (USA, UAE, Europe, Hong Kong, China)
