Controls day‑to‑day business operations.

- Conduct client meetings & finalize service contracts.

- Manage profit‑loss and cost analysis.

- Make hiring & firing decisions.

- Report to the CEO on a weekly basis.

- Directly supervise the Field Manager.

- Reports to: CEO (weekly).

- Direct reports: Field Manager.

*Requirements:*

- Experience in managing business operations.

- Strong client‑handling & negotiation skills.

- Ability to oversee financial performance (profit & loss).

- Decision‑making authority for staffing.

- Excellent communication for weekly CEO updates.
