Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue & Membership Growth

  • Generate new memberships for the forum (domestic & international MSMEs)
  • Sell sponsorships, exhibition stalls, and partnership packages
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets
  • Build long-term relationships with business owners and industry leaders

2. Partnerships & Alliances

Develop partnerships with:

  • Chambers of commerce
  • Trade bodies
  • Government departments
  • International organizations
  • Onboard strategic partners for events and delegations
  • Create collaboration proposals and pitch decks

3. Event & Delegation Sales

Promote international delegations, summits, and conclaves

  • Convert leads into paid participants
  • Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns
  • Manage VIP and sponsor relations

4. Lead Generation

Identify potential MSMEs, exporters, and service providers

  • Use LinkedIn, networking events, and databases for outreach
  • Maintain CRM and sales pipeline
  • Conduct discovery calls and presentations

5. Client Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with members and partners

  • Ensure renewal of memberships
  • Provide post-event follow-ups and upselling
  • Act as key point of contact for clients

6. Strategy & Reporting

Weekly sales reporting

  • Market research for new sectors
  • Suggest new revenue streams
  • Support leadership in expansion strategy

Monthly revenue target (membership + sponsorship + consulting)

Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
