Position Overview:
We are hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) to manage and grow our B2B client relationships. The role involves working closely with existing clients, reaching out to new potential clients, and reconnecting with inactive clients. The job will require communication via WhatsApp, phone calls, and in-person meetings. The primary goal is to create meaningful connections and drive sales through strategic marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
The BDM will maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and offer solutions tailored to their requirements. They will also identify new business opportunities, re-engage with past clients, and develop sales strategies to boost revenue. The role includes promoting schemes, offers, and new product launches, along with providing market insights to stay ahead of competitors. Additionally, the BDM will coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.
Qualifications:
Candidates should have experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in the IT trading industry. Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and proficiency in tools like WhatsApp and CRM software are essential. Self-motivation and organizational skills are highly valued.
