Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities:Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and field visits.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical/production team for solutions.
  • Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and presentations.
  • Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and daily/weekly reports.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.
  • Track market trends, competitors, and customer feedback.
  • Skills & Requirements:Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong convincing and relationship-building ability.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing / engineering industry (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
