Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and field visits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical/production team for solutions.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and daily/weekly reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Track market trends, competitors, and customer feedback.
- Skills & Requirements:Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong convincing and relationship-building ability.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing / engineering industry (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
